8 Account Closure and Suspension

• An underage user is identified.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Server issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or network.
